Mark is a previous National Security Advisor, Cabinet Secretary (head of the UK Civil Service) and permanent secretary of the UK Home Office. He is member of the Rothschild & Co Supervisory Board and Chair of their Geopolitical Advisory and Saudi Arabia businesses. He is a cross-bench member of the House of Lords, and a non-executive director of Lloyd’s of London. He brings a vast range of both international experience and of the machinery of government.
