Hetti is CEO of Ploughshare, an organisation dedicated to turning government-developed and crown-owned intellectual property from MoD and other departments and agencies into impactful products and solutions through commercialisation. She brings considerable knowledge of how government interacts with the private sector around a range of technologies. Hetti is also Chair of Refuge, the largest provider of specialist domestic abuse services in England.
