Speakers: CEOs, CFOs and Directors of IIA's Global Partners
Today, private sector investors are rightly expected to be active partners in the African development story. Governments and local communities look to foreign investors to support systems that fast track job creation and local economic growth. But how do you do this while running a successful business?
BEI have therefore partnered with Invest in Africa (IIA), a cross-sector organisation that works with leading investors, to give you the opportunity to meet their Global Partners and hear how they develop long term solutions to tackle the shared challenges of operation in Africa.
CEOs, CFOs and Directors of IIA's Global Partners will be in attendance including: Tullow Oil; Ecobank; Trace International; Stewart Investors; Equity Bank; EY; Clyde & Co and Kina Advisory.
In Ghana and Kenya IIA works with its Partners to deliver the African Partner Pool, an online market place that simplifies procurement processes, connecting them to 1500+ validated local SMEs from across all sectors. IIA also runs business skills accelerator programmes to raise SME standards and connect them to markets, skills and finance, all of which lead to job creation and thriving African economies.
BEI members are invited to attend this working buffet lunch, which after networking over lunch will move to adiscussion on how BEI members and IIA partners can cooperate in Africa for the benefit of all.
